We started Northpoint because B2B companies deserved better than leftover ad-agency tactics.

Most marketing playbooks are built for fast purchases and single decision-makers. Industrial and technical B2B is a different game entirely — and it needed an agency built specifically for it.

Seven years inside a precision manufacturer taught me what most agencies get wrong.

I spent seven years running marketing for Nabtesco in the U.S. — a precision components manufacturer selling into long, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. I watched agency after agency pitch us the same playbook built for e-commerce brands: brand awareness, social engagement, vanity traffic. None of it connected to a number our sales team actually cared about.

What actually worked was narrower and more deliberate: showing up in search exactly when an engineer or procurement lead was already looking for a solution, with a page built to capture that intent instead of bounce it.

Northpoint exists to do that for other B2B companies — the ones with real sales cycles, technical buyers, and a marketing budget that needs to show up as pipeline, not impressions.
